All content, design, source code, user interface, layout, branding, graphics, and data displays presented through this dashboard (the “Service”) are the exclusive property of Amazing Fox Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

Access is granted solely to authorised client organisations and their nominated users, for the purpose of monitoring validators they own or operate. No other use is permitted without prior written consent from Amazing Fox Ltd.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not, in whole or in part:

copy, reproduce, mirror, republish, or distribute any portion of the Service;
reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or design;
create derivative works, including visually or functionally similar dashboards;
frame, embed, or proxy the Service within any other product or website;
scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data displayed by the Service for use outside the Service;
remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notice;
use the Service to build a competing product or to assist a third party in doing so.

Validator metrics and financial figures are informational and should be independently verified before relying upon them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amazing Fox Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to use of, or inability to use, the Service.

6. Termination

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
